Do you need someone to talk to? Could you use some support, or are you feeling lonely? If so, you can reach out to the Luisterlijn. The Luisterlijn’s volunteers are available day and night to lend a listening ear to anyone who needs it.

In the Netherlands, there are many people who have no one with whom they can share their story. That’s why the trained volunteers at the Listening Line are ready to listen to your story—whether it’s about worries, sadness, fear, pain, or simply something wonderful you’d like to share. A good conversation can make all the difference.

Always available

The Listening Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to anyone in the Netherlands. You can contact them anonymously by phone, chat, or email. The volunteers listen without judgment and offer attention and support whenever you need it.
