Our response
After we receive your letter, we will contact you (if desired) within 10 business days. We may do so via email, phone, or by sending you a new letter. If you have any questions about the content of the letter that cannot wait, please contact the person listed on your letter. If no contact person is listed on the letter, please call Phone number 0492 - 378500.
No objection or postponement
Returning a letter does not count as objecting to a decision made by the municipality. Nor does returning an unclear letter cause the decision to take effect later or extend the time to object. We rewrite, when necessary, the letter to improve our service. This does not mean that the municipality's decision is wrong or changed.
