Emergency numbers

- Safe Home gives advice and support to anyone dealing with domestic violence or child abuse. If you suspect maltreatment, even if in doubt, call toll-free to phone number 0800 - 2000 or check the website I suspect domestic violence(external link).
- Psychic Care hotline if you think someone needs urgent psychological help. Report it to the Psychic Care hotline and prevent problems.

- Listen Line for when you want to talk to someone, but there is no one around you or you prefer to talk to someone you don't know. At the Listen Line you can talk anonymously day and night about sadness, worries or problems. Call 088 - 0767 000 (normal rate) or chat via the website of the Luisterlijn(external link).
- Discrimination Hotline: If you are being discriminated against or know someone who feels they are being discriminated against, you can contact the Discrimination Hotline(external link).
Staff at the hotline will investigate the report and assess whether discrimination has occurred as defined in Article 1 of the Constitution. If so, they will work with you to find a solution.
