In late October, more than 15,000 organic flower bulbs were planted in the new Groeskuilenpark in Gemert. A varied mix of yellow and white daffodils, prairie lilies, honey garlic, irises, and various types of ornamental onions was chosen. These are profusely flowering varieties that are highly attractive to bees, butterflies, and other insects.

A colorful and striking display of flowers in the spring

From February/March through July 2027, the flower bulb beds will provide colorful and eye-catching blooms in the park. The wild herbs in the beds will also have the chance to grow and bloom to their fullest during this time.

Extra color, a more engaging experience, and biodiversity in the new park!
