Permit-free event and Event permit application
A permit is required to cut down trees or (parts of) woodlands listed on the Green Map. A permit is also required to cut down a tree within the structural lines and green areas as indicated on the Green Map. If the application for felling is submitted because preserving the tree no longer seems justifiable, an additional report is required. This report, prepared by a tree expert (with at least ETW certification), must demonstrate that the tree cannot be safely preserved. In addition, it remains necessary to check the zoning plan before felling a tree or stand of trees to determine whether an environmental permit is required.
If you want to serve alcoholic beverages on a special occasion of a temporary nature, such as an event, you need a temporary liquor and hospitality license (or dispensation). This is granted in combination with an event permit. The temporary liquor and catering license can be granted for a maximum of twelve days.
