Refurbishment of Valeriusstraat in Gemert

The tender procedure for the redevelopment of the Valeriusstraat was completed on June 1, 2026.
This means that the contractor who will perform the work is known.
Contractor Van Doorn Infra from Schijndel will work in this street.

Together with the contractor we will start the process for the execution.
Together we will draw up a planning and a phasing.

At this moment the planning is to start after the construction vacations. However, this is still subject to the availability of materials.

We start with the northern part of the project area. That means we start in the Prelaat Penningsstraat and on the north side of the Valeriusstraat.

As soon as the planning and phasing have been worked out, we will inform local residents through a residents' letter.

Below you can see the latest overhead drawings, these are the drawings of the Final Design.
