A Data Protection Officer has been appointed for the municipality of Gemert-Bakel based on the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) which is effective as of May 25, 2018. The Data Protection Officer can be reached at fg@peelgemeenten.nl. The regulation means that the same privacy legislation applies throughout the European Union (EU).
