Tender Housing Project "De Berken - Milheeze Block 1"
The municipality of Gemert-Bakel is looking for a developer for a building plan to be realized in the De Berken project in Milheeze. This project offers the opportunity to create a diverse and future-proof residential environment in Milheeze that matches the ambitions of our municipality.

Phase 2: Starting in 2024 register for 6 building lots located in the De Berken project in Milheeze.
From November 5, 2024, anyone interested in a building plot in the project de Berken in Milheeze can register for it. The plots located in the 2nd phase of the plan area will be made available. There are 6 lots available in the 2nd phase: Group 1: 6 lots for building a semi-detached house. Information about the building lots, the issuance protocol and the registration form can be found here. You can also make an appointment with an authorized official at City Hall to fill out the form digitally.
The building lots will be allocated according to a lottery system.
Exceptions
The Board of Mayor and Aldermen reserves the right to deviate from the issuance protocol lottery 'De Berken phase 2 - Milheeze' in case of special circumstances.
