Company lots Elsendorp

The municipality of Gemert-Bakel will grow to 35,000 inhabitants. Growth offers opportunities to continue to provide an attractive living environment. Over the next ten years we will build 2,400 homes, for our own residents, for employees and for the region.

The sale of the total project live-work plots at the Keizersberg in Elsendorp has started. This means that living in combination with the exercise of a business at home within the environmental category 1 or 2 is possible. All plots are available for both local entrepreneurs as well as entrepreneurs who are not yet established in Elsendorp.

The building plots have a minimum area of 1,000 sq. m. and maximum area of 5,000 sq. m. The size of the plot can be determined according to the needs of the entrepreneur. In accordance with the current zoning plan, a maximum of 19 lots can be issued in the total plan.

The sale of the lots located in the overall plan Woon-werkgebied Elsendorp has started and registration for a building lot has been opened.

• The current zoning plan is included as a temporary part in the environment plan and can be viewed at Rules on the map - Omgevingsloket(external link). Plan name: "Proeftuin Elsendorp" (Chapter 2 - Article 13).
• Your building plan must fit within the rules of the environment plan of the municipality. For your plot it concerns the rules from the temporary part ('Proeftuin Elsendorp').
• Lot sizes may vary.
• The plot layout is not final. In (proper) consultation with your "neighbors" the lateral (intermediate) plot boundaries may still be shifted. By mutual agreement, the plot layout can be adjusted. The approval or disapproval of the boundary is determined by the municipality of Gemert-Bakel.
• The business space to be built is exclusively for the performance of work for the benefit of your own business.
