Changes in requests for power connections per 1 July 2026
The power grid in our region is becoming increasingly full. From July 1, 2026, new rules will therefore apply for allocating space on the power grid. This may mean that you have to wait longer for a new connection or an upgrade of a current connection. Want to know what it means for you? Then check the Enexis website(external link).
Smartpark is a business park with a park-like appearance of approximately twenty hectares. Future-oriented, sustainable and equipped with all facilities and services, right in the middle of Brainport. High-tech, mobility, health, design and agrifood: the market leaders in these sectors are located in the clusters around Smartpark Gemert, so the Business Center has everything you need for good entrepreneurship and for establishing connections between entrepreneurs. We welcome everyone from a wide variety of sectors and industries who want to seize opportunities.
At this moment, all business lots are sold, in option or reserved. The southern part of the business park is under development. Here there will be room for new businesses in the future. If you are interested in a building plot please contact the sales manager Corlanda Vos, telephone number 0492 378500 or register your interest via the contact form building a business space on a building plot(external link). You will then receive the latest information and you will automatically be added to the list of interested parties! We look forward to meeting you soon!
