What documents must be attached to the application?
- An application form truthfully completed and signed by the owner;
- A description, including the number of m2, of the building to be demolished;
- documents showing that the buildings to be demolished were legally erected and, if applicable, built with building and/or environmental permits;
- documents demonstrating that the non-building structures to be demolished were legally erected and, if applicable, built with building and/or environmental permits;
- A situation sketch/map to scale showing the buildings to be demolished;
- An asbestos survey that demonstrates presence or absence;
- multiple photos of the building to be demolished so that all sides are visible;
- A copy of the college decision that precludes rebuilding the buildings to be demolished;
- A drawing of the new future situation;
- A positive pre-consultation response from the college of the future situation.

Companies change or stop, buildings become vacant and space is created for new functions such as nature, recreation or housing. The approach brings everything together in one clear line: Buitengebied met Perspectief. Not as separate rules but as one package with which you can proceed immediately. This is how we keep the countryside vital, attractive and future-proof.
